Stepping into L.I.F.E. Inc. opens the door for families to enjoy and experience the freedom of a more independent lifestyle. We pride ourselves on providing reliable, competent individuals dedicated to the continuance of education and training. Our goal is to increase independence and self esteem in our clients while building personal relationships for proven success in everyday living.
We often hear from individuals and clients that they have dealt with aides in the past, and that while the willingness and effort are present, they lack the intensity and energy. At times the professionalism is lower than anticipated and that they do not seem to “get it!” The relationship between child and worker is compromised and just not a good fit. Caregivers need to be more than “just a warm body” present during activities. At Stepping into L.I.F.E. Inc., we understand the essential and immediate needs of both family members as well as those with Special Needs, including the needs of families with typical siblings.
